Civil Engineer | Project Manager  

Holly Ganser is a registered civil engineer with a focus on earthwork and grading, stormwater design, and permitting.  Holly develops earthwork and utility designs that are thoughtful and meet the needs of the project site, budget, design requirements, and maintenance considerations in the future.  Holly is experienced in permitting with various boards and commissions such as Conservation Commissions, Planning Boards, Zoning Board of Appeals, etc.  Holly's ability to explain her designs to these boards is an incredible asset to her clients.  In addition to her civil work, Holly is passionate about creating spaces for children of all ages to engage with their peers.

Holly Ganser’s commitment to mentoring youth in architecture, engineering, and construction led ACE to name her an 2026 ENR-ACE Outstanding Mentor.
